General Manager of Loveday Abbey Road
Natalie is the General Manager of Loveday Abbey Road, Loveday’s brand-new, elegant and contemporary residence, set in one of London’s most gorgeous districts.
Before joining the Loveday family, Natalie worked as a construction project manager focusing on the construction and refurbishment of care homes, having already been employed as the general manager of a care home for a respected international healthcare company.
Her expertise is well supported by her Open University Bachelor of Science in Health and Social care, with particular emphasis on ageing and support for individuals living with dementia and the grassroots insight provided by hands-on experience as a student healthcare assistant in care home, domiciliary and hospital environments.
Natalie’s career path previously saw her work as the head of community fundraising development for the Alzheimer’s Society and, prior to that, as the head of community and volunteers for a network of cancer centres situated across the United Kingdom and Hong Kong which provide support and practical advice to anyone affected by cancer.
As such, she has long been dedicated to helping members of society as they age, as well as recognising their unique healthcare needs alongside their changes in independence.
Natalie’s unique experiences have fuelled her passion for providing greater resources, support and care for individuals living with dementia, and she brings not only her expertise but also great enthusiasm to an environment with genuine resources to support and care for people beautifully.
Working with leading hospitality architects Reardon Smith, as well as renowned interior and landscape designers and conservation specialists, we have crafted a brand-new, contemporary 26-suite home, tucked behind an original façade dating back to the early Victorian era. We have created a sense of modern elegance, replete with the ultimate in safety features and care technology, all the while staying true to the history and cosy appeal of this elegant property and its beautiful locale.

Depending on preference, Members can select suites overlooking the animation of Abbey Road or the serene calm of the sensory garden.
