Louise Blezzard
General Manager of Loveday Kensington
A hugely experienced care professional who exudes compassion and empathy, Louise touches the lives of all she has the pleasure of caring for with her energy and gregarious nature. With over 14 years’ experience working in the care industry, Louise is passionate about delivering outstanding care. Her previous role as a CQC inspector has not only inspired her approach, but has also driven her to deliver a very unique care experience, at a time when people need it the most.
One of Louise’s passions lies in helping people live well at home, something she researched as part of her Master's degree and implements every day for her Loveday at Home Members. She also enjoys helping individuals fulfill their dreams which have included Harley Davidson rides and Vogue fashion shoots. Alongside fantastic care, there is always an element of fun and fulfillment, which improves wellbeing. Louise wants to eradicate the idea that when a person needs care it’s the end of the road- in fact, it’s quite the opposite! Her determination, can-do attitude, drive and enthusiasm is infectious - no job is too big or too small or unachievable.
Once through the archway, Loveday Kensington is accessed via a meandering path that winds its way down through a thoughtfully-landscaped courtyard garden, featuring generous beds of sensory plants, full of fragrance, texture and beauty, graceful sculpture and the soothing trickle of a water feature, with plenty of comfortable seating to tempt Members to relax outside in the fresh air and sunshine.

Designed by Australia-based Marchese Partners, a recognised world leader in senior living architecture and interior design, Loveday Kensington’s accommodation is situated over four floors, offering 40 generously appointed suites of varying sizes and styles, a number of which have their own private courtyards or terraces.
A particular delight is the spectacular roof-top terrace café overlooking the square garden, inviting Members to enjoy day-long dining, socialising and relaxation on long, balmy summer evenings. Blending classical, mid-century and contemporary styling, the property is bathed in a warm colour palette, combined with natural light throughout which enhances and complements its luxurious fabrics and textiles and glowing, custom-designed American walnut furniture.
Our Members can choose between our Loveday suite interiors or work with our London design team, who are always on hand to assist Members who prefer to decorate and furnish their own suites to suit their individual styles and preferences.
